One-on-One Personal Training

Over the last ten years, Nettie has developed and refined a new approach to fitness training that she calls ADAPTABLE, which combines the athletic skills and learnings from her basketball, bodybuilding and life experiences. This training provides a method for Native American mothers experiencing major life changes to transform into new, stronger and more confident versions of themselves - much like a butterfly.

One-on-One personal training offers customized workout programs tailored to your goals, including:

  • Weekly consultations

  • Goal-setting and progress tracking

  • Communication planning with your coach

  • Nutritional guidance (including co-creation with your doctor for clients with dietary restrictions and medical conditions)

For clients in Washington and Oregon, in-person sessions with Coach Nettie are available on a case-by-case basis upon request.

 FAQs

  • Although my personal training services are geared towards Native American mothers, I welcome training requests from any individuals in the Native American community.

In addition, my free resources are available to anyone.

  • After reviewing your intake forms and completing the consultation, I will assess whether involving your primary care physician is necessary for your specific situation. You have the choice to participate in my programs, but you will need to sign a waiver form. All postpartum mothers must obtain clearance from their OBGYN before starting any exercise program. If your physician referred you to me, I will need written approval and detailed instructions from them in order to create a personalized program that meets your health needs and ensures safety throughout the process.

  • Great question! My services are available to clients everywhere. If you're located in the Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, or ID), I'm happy to visit your area to assess your needs, identify any barriers, and create a personalized program, plus offer in-person training sessions. For clients outside of the PNW, travel and lodging arrangements will be needed for me to come to you. Let’s make it happen no matter where you are!

  • Absolutely! I’m thrilled to offer in-person group training sessions, educational seminars, and virtual coaching for groups who sign up together. Whether you're training with friends, a team, or a tribe, I’ll customize the experience to fit your group’s goals and needs. Ready to get started? Let’s make it happen!
